The first trees appeared on Earth about four hundred million years ago. They looked different, and were organized much more complicated than their modern brothers. But in the collective memory of the peoples of the world, they were always. We hardly can find a sacred text or a legend in which the tree does not play a key role. Symbolically, the tree miraculously connects two worlds: the dark world, material word, dense world, cosmic and transparent world.Covering a man in the shade of the haze, from the bad weather, feeding with its fruits, the tree became sacred, and takes its place in rituals and cults. In the mind of man, the place under the branches became the prototype of a living refuge, a place where the soul can rest for a while. Leaving roots in prehistoric times, the connection between man and tree is so deep that it is older than thinking itself. This connection was before the man said his first word. Perhaps that's why in the shade of trees there is a feeling same to the mystical - pacification, similar to what you experience in the temple. On the example of this part of the text from the introductan words to the magazine, written by my close friend Egor Shapovalov, I would like to show that my visual research is devoted to the theme of tears and crying, as well as to how "Plaksa" can be recognized from different points of perception. At the end of the annotation, I would like to thank myself for the visual investigation, because I still find in it more and more new ideas for photoshoots.
