Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgements Concerning Commercial Activity in the Russian Federation

The work is devoted to the study of the main obstacles on the grounds of a foreign judicial decision in the Russian Federation. The author considers the question of how to violate the confidentiality and recognition of a foreign decision in respect of a bankrupt. The author comes to the conclusion that the definition of the arbitral tribunal on the execution or non-execution of the order of a foreign court is proof of the presence of the notice. Also, the author comes to the conclusion that the procedure of bankruptcy and recognition of a foreign judicial act mutually transform each other.
