Currently, the development of auctions appears in two ways. On the one hand, there are completely new Internet auctions, which can increase profit by reducing rental costs. On the other hand, the growing popularity of auctions leads to immediate development and improvement of classical auction types. The purpose of the work is to identify key principles from the institutional economics point of view that are necessary for modeling a high-margin online auction and developing a high-loaded system according to the developed model of such an auction. The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter examines the main types of classical auctions, the problems, solutions and benefits of different auction designs, rules for participants and sellers of the site, analyzes the methods of impact on both sides, identifies key factors in the successful construction of the Internet auction. Next, the work is concentrated on the online environment. It defines the optimal design for the Internet auction: the types of interaction are considered, the general problems typical for the online environment and for the classical auction method are highlighted, how the Internet has influenced the format of the auction is considered, special groups of Internet auctions are highlighted, the influence of time and other parameters is analyzed on Internet auctions, a number of major types of online auction design, which is popular today, is highlighted and analyzed. In the second chapter, the optimal model of the Internet auction is formulated, taking into account the above advantages and disadvantages and the key type of Internet auction chosen in the first chapter. A comparative evaluation of the formulated model of the Internet auction on key features was carried out. In the last chapter, the development and modeling of the system architecture is planned. Finally, the system was developed on the selected technological stack.
