Over the past ten years, the Internet has been widely developed and disseminated. In today's world, there are a huge number of websites. According to statistics, more than 50 million[1] different domains are created every year. A large percentage of developers[2] are engaged in the creation of websites and each freelancer or company has its own personal approach to the development of web projects. As a result, there are a lot of difficulties with supporting existing projects: code readability leaves much to be desired, scalability is sometimes impossible at all. Based on this, it is sometimes easier to write a new code than to modify the old one. The reason for the above-mentioned problems is the lack of standards for the development of web projects or individual modules. In addition to this, it is worth mentioning that writing clean and expandable code requires much more time. The research aims at developing the multipurpose system of building web forms.
