In astronomy in general, many bright and mysterious discoveries. And the one of them is the discovery of Fast Radio Bursts (FRB). It seems that scientists came to a commom point of view. For example, Fast Radio Bursts are associated with pulsars, but on the other hand, if it turns out tomorrow that this is not true, it will not be surprising, because the set of hypotheses is very large and includes very different versions. According to some estimates, such radio bursts occurs about 10,000 times a day (and weak, apparently, even more). In this paper, a statistical study of a large volume of scientific data was presented, and a technique for searching for signals of extraterrestrial origin based on a correlation analysis of the radio-frequency spectrum in the range 109-112 MHz was developed. Using this technique it is possible to find weak signals with a dispersion measure DM > 100. During the work it was checked on the data of a 20-day observation of the circumpolar region obtained from the BSA FIAN radio telescope, which conducts permanent observations in the multipath mode in the PRAO ASC FIAN. Data processing was carried out using high-performance computing technologies and a cluster of IMPB RAS with C++ programming language.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

Summaries of all theses must be published and made freely available on the HSE website.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree. After a thesis is published on the HSE website, it obtains the status of an online publication.
