In the modern world of business, where new markets and products are permanently emerging, companies must be able to quickly rebuild themselves. They need to bring new products to the market faster than competitors. IT sector, the fastest growing industry, needs particular approaches for product development. It is especially actual in the banking sector of Russia - every year new banks offering better conditions to customers. Tinkoff Bank is world's largest fully online bank without any branches. Customers are serviced only through a call center, a mobile banking application and an Internet bank. This work considers the process of developing an online bank, which is part of the financial market Tinkoff.ru. After 2012, large companies in Russia, primarily the IT sector, implement agile software development methodologies. Examples of such companies: Yandex, Mail.ru, Sberbank, Avito, and others. More and more companies are adjusting to market conditions and introduce methods of agile software development.
