Engineering-informational Analytical System for Effective Management of the «Moscow State Expertise»

This work is an attempt to develop a strategy for effective personnel management, based on data on the work of employees of the state Autonomous institution "Moscow state expertise". The main purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between the characteristics of the employee's performance and its key performance indicators. To do this, it is necessary to determine a model that would best reflect the dependence of the key performance indicator of the employee on the main characteristics of his activities and the external environment. The goal will be achieved through consistent application of machine learning methods and identification of the most appropriate one. The result of the study are recommendations for personnel management to maintain the efficiency of employees at a high level. The work consists of three parts: theoretical description of the models to be used in the analysis, characteristics of the subject area and methods of application of the studied algorithms, description of the software implementation for the construction of models and discussion of the results of the study.
