The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Document Management Processes

According to some forecasts, the year 2018 should be very significant in the areas that use artificial intelligence technologies. Nowadays, AI have gone beyond laboratories and have a huge potential for business applications. It is believed that almost all analyrical processes will be done by special programms without human participation in the future. The USA leads in the number of projects related to AI. The volume of the AI market in Russia is much inferior to the US. There are different doubts about the practical part of technologies of artificial intelligence: will it be possible to get the expected results, is it difficult to implement such systems, high investments, etc. Some companies hide the results and information of the implementation of such technologies, since these tools can help to achieve high competitiveness and leading position in the market. Therefore, this study is aimed to increase the actualization of the topic of the implemetation of such technologies in the business, namely in one of the most important processes of the company - the document management process. This process is an important part of organizations, so the automation of document flow directly affects the efficiency of the company.
