Abstract Currently air sector needs to improve the quality of air transport, which can be realized by establishing regular traffic and increased levels of aircraft ground handling. The aim of this study is to create a simulation model of processes of aircraft ground handling, which will most accurately predict the likelihood of errors in the territory of the terminal, and reduce costs. This will improve the efficiency of the airport, to reduce waiting time and idle aircraft by optimizing the use of staff and resources to handle the aircraft on the ground. Key words: ground handling services, simulation modeling, AnyLogic
