The purpose of the research is the development of a set of measures for the creation of the platform "Venture-Club". In the paper, the features of crowdinvesting in Russia and the world were studied, preliminary analysis needed before the creation of the platform for the platform, and a plan for the creation and implementation of the project were developed. The scientific significance of the research is the development of theoretical knowledge about the modern instrument of financing - crowdinvesting Practical significance: the analysis carried out in the work, as well as the developed plan for the creation of crowdinvesting platform, can be the basis for the creation and development of a crowd-funding site.
