Graduation qualification work "Evaluation of the impact of mergers and acquisitions transactions on the fundamental value of companies" includes 93 pages, 31 figures, 7 tables; 79 sources were used. Keywords: mergers, acquisitions, financial statements, event analysis, company value. The subject of the study is an assessment of the effectiveness of M & A transactions. Objective is to identify the effect of mergers and acquisitions on the fundamental value of acquiring companies from EMEA countries and to establish factors affecting this value. The results of this work confirm the positive impact of mergers and acquisitions on the fundamental value of acquiring companies from EMEA., it will be useful for further study of this subject with a large amount of data. The model constructed in this work can be applied by the managers of companies for making decisions in the implementation of mergers and acquisitions.
