Managing Employer Brand Projects in International IT Company

This study is devoted to the problem of establishment and development of the Employer Brand, taking an international IT company as an example. The purpose of this paper is to develop project recommendations for Employer Brand development and recommendations for effective management of Employer Brand Projects in the current market conditions for one of the regions of the reviewed company. Case study, benchmarking and the questionnaire was used as the methods for analysis. International research was conducted to determine what factors influence on the choice of choosing the company to work for among representatives of the Millennials generation as well as to find the most effective communication channels and strategies in this space. In addition, a pilot project was created and conducted based on the results of the analysis. As a result, recommendations for further project implementation were developed as well as a set of additional interrelated projects aimed at Employer Brand development of the company, which are planned to be implemented in the organization in the near future.
