This diploma is intended to cover the questions of the use of superconducting quantum devices in electronics and communication technologies. A brief historical background is given and physical phenomena are considered, which are the basis of device’s functionality. The cooling power is calculated in “MathCAD” system and the comparative characteristic of the obtained results and the theoretical value is given.
