This study is about the impact of information technology on the company's competitiveness based on the implementation of the ERP-system. Within the framework of the first chapter of the final qualifying work, various scientific approaches to the notion of "competitiveness" were analyzed and how the introduction of ERP systems can affect competitiveness. Also, an analysis of the factors that influence the success of the implementation of ERP-systems was carried out. As part of the second chapter of the final qualifying work, the role of ERP-systems in enterprise management, the main components of ERP-systems, goals, functions and main advantages of ERP-systems, possible risks and disadvantages of ERP systems was described. The main difference of this work is that it examines the impact of the implementation of ERP-systems on competitiveness with the use of regression models. The work uses a binary choice model that estimates the probability that an enterprise is competitive. The model is based on the results of a survey of Russian enterprises "Russian Enterprises in the Global Economy". This study showed that the implementation of ERP-system has a positive impact on the company's competitiveness.
