Improving the Effectiveness of Material Resources Management of the Company "Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Rus" through Better Interaction with Suppliers

The graduation project is dedicated to the topic of improving the effectiveness of material resourse management of automobile manufacturing company LLC "Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Rus". It contains the analysis of the company activities, methods of improvement of relationships with suppliers and methods of stock management of the supplier company. A new strategy of stock management was developed for the parts supplier company. A number of indicators was calculated and predicted, such as average stock size of sets of parts, used warehouse space and total costs of stock maintenance, divided into handling, transporting. freight-forwarding and warehousing costs. The project contains 76 pages of explanatory note, 7 pictures, 6 tables, 1 appendix and bibliography consisting of 55 titles.
