The purpose of this work is to conduct a strategic analysis of the company's activities and to develop truck center project. The relevance of this work is that the project approach will maximize the use of resources for the successful truck center opening, and the business plan will significantly increase the probability of successful entry into the new market, the approval of its positions as a player and the conquest of the consumer audience. Business diagnostics tools, such as PEST-analyses, 5 Porter’s Forces, SWOT-analyses, McKinsey matrix, SPACE matrix, “Business Model Canvas”, investment analysis were used.
