Year of Graduation: 2018

In the work, the level of fault tolerance of the company's services is studied. Three possible options for improving fault tolerance are considered: at the application level, at the technical level, and by implementing a monitoring system. In total, there are 9 different options, 2 of which are a combination of a monitoring system with one of the schemes proposed at the application level. The study is carried out using the simulation model built in AnyLogic. The mathematical apparatus of the theory of mass service was used in the work. As a result, the best of the proposed schemes and at the same time the two most expensive and least effective schemes are those that were propesed at the technical level. However, the most optimal from the point of view of the ratio of the invested funds, the system's efficiency, the speed of implementation and the achieved level of fault tolerance, are hybrid schemes based on the monitoring system implementation with one of the proposed schemes at the application level.
