In the framework of this paper we investigate the applicability of CRM-Systems to Optimize the Processes of Interaction with Visitors in the Cultural Sphere. Within the framework of the work museums are studied. This research is based on loyalty programs, which are the most suitable for the specificity of museums. In the practical part, a business analysis of the loyalty program was conducted on the basis of the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts. A.S. Pushkin.
