Student: Prigarin Vladimir

Supervisor: D.V. Bykov

Faculty: HSE Tikhonov Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM HSE)

Educational Programme: Electronic Engineering (Master)

Year of Graduation: 2018

This cross-disciplinary course work consists of 4 parts. In the first part of the technological analysis of the product. The topology of the board being developed and its typical elements are described. The release program is calculated. The purpose of this work is to improve the study of the metallization of ceramic substrates by the method of steam-jet deposition, compiling an experiment plan and designing the necessary rigging. The object of the study is a switching board on a heat sink base. In the second part of the cross-disciplinary course work, various methods of coating formation are considered and the deposition parameters are calculated. The third part of the cross-disciplinary course work contains a description of the main stages of the manufacturing process of the board. In the fourth part, the mathematical model of the experiment is constructed. The fifth part - design. It describes the necessary technological equipment and its development. In conclusion, the results obtained from the results of the research are presented.
