Mechanisms of Trust Formation of a Charitable Organization

Due to the existence of a problem of low level of trust towards charity in Russia, charitable organizations carry out certain activities for maintaining and building public trust in their work. The purpose of this paper is to determine the mechanisms that charitable organizations use to build and maintain public trust. The study is conducted using in-depth interview methods and content analysis. The results of the research can be used in the future when considering the problem of building trust in charity, and can also be used in preparing classes on general sociology and the sociology of communications. Also, the results of this study can be used by charitable organizations to understand the work of mechanisms for building trust and developing communication with the audience. This paper consists of an introduction, three chapters including six paragraphs, conclusions, a bibliography comprising 55 sources of literature and four annexes.
