Collaborative Business-Processes Modeling Using Moderation Methods Support

The purpose of the final qualifying work is to investigate the possibilities and practical approbation of the use of facilitation techniques in the business process modeling. The object of the study was the process of modeling the business process in a group of domain experts. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. Chapter 1 reviews the literature, previous studies and expert practices on the problem identified. Chapter 2 justifies the choice of methods, describes the procedure for preparing and conducting the session, approaches to assessing the results. Chapter 3 describes the practical implementation of the approach using the example of a real simulation session. The introduction describes the purpose of the work, the subject and object of research, the relevance of the chosen topic, theoretical and practical significance, scientific novelty. In conclusion, the conclusions and considerations of the author are given regarding the further development of the work. The amount of work without applications is 72 pages, on which 6 tables and 7 figures are placed. In 8 applications, materials supplementing and illustrating individual positions of the work are presented. The number of bibliographic sources used is 45.
