This graduation thesis is a developed comprehensive business project of on-line tourist platform "Big Country" on the domestic tourism market in Russia in the sector of active recreation. In the modern world with the development of Internet technologies, there are many opportunities for running a new business. A high level of competition in the country's economy contributes to the development of effective business planning for the future organization. The business planning process attracts wide interest among researchers and experts in various fields. Despite a large number of theoretical approaches and techniques for entrepreneurs, most new business projects are closed at the initial stages of development. The research problem is based on the fact that there is no optimal methodology that would be suitable for all types of business. It is for this reason that in this paper it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive strategic analysis of the environment, and on the basis of it to develop a business model and business plan for the Internet project "Big Country". Structurally, the work is divided into three parts. The first examines the theoretical aspects of the business planning process. The second part consists of a strategic analysis of the external environment of the project. The third part includes the creation of a business plan for the tourist platform "Big Country".
