Financial Repression Revenue and Institutional Quality

In order to find the relationship between income from financial repression and the quality of institutions, income from financial repression was calculated for 13 developed countries for the period from 1980 to 2010. And also indices of institutional quality and a vector of control variables for constructing linear regression were selected. The explanatory variables were indices: openness of the economy, institutional quality, financial development and GDP growth rate.
