Objectives of the study: • Analyze the concept of AI, ways of classifying and applying AI in business processes; • Consider possible approaches to business process reengineering (BPR English Business Process Reengineering) taking into account the application of AI; • Identify social problems, limitations and risks associated with the implementation of AI; • On the basis of the theoretical aspects studied, determine the possibility of achieving the goal of the work: develop a methodology or prove that it can not be developed. The result of the work is the development of a universal Technique that allows a comprehensive assessment of the possibility of using artificial intelligence in business processes.
