Artificial Intelligence in Business Processes

Today, in addition to the established factors of successful business process management, such as building a process architecture, defining key business processes and KPI (Key Performance Indicator), assigning process owners and allocating responsibility zones, one of the key factors is the degree automation of processes. Along with the rapid development of information technologies, in particular artificial intelligence (AI), business owners increasingly need to reengineer business processes through the use of advanced technologies; The goal of the work is to develop a Technique that would allow us to assess the possibility of improving some business process by applying artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Objectives of the study: • Analyze the concept of AI, ways of classifying and applying AI in business processes; • Consider possible approaches to business process reengineering (BPR English Business Process Reengineering) taking into account the application of AI; • Identify social problems, limitations and risks associated with the implementation of AI; • On the basis of the theoretical aspects studied, determine the possibility of achieving the goal of the work: develop a methodology or prove that it can not be developed. The result of the work is the development of a universal Technique that allows a comprehensive assessment of the possibility of using artificial intelligence in business processes.
