Personal Data Protection Organization in Retail Enterprise

The purpose of master's thesis is to study: the processing of personal data, existing measures and facilities of information protection and information systems of personal data in Retail Enterprise for the subsequent formation of recommendations based on the findings and aimed at Personal Data protection organization in the Retail Enterprise. The analysis of the information, collected during the survey, made it possible to identify the categories of data subjects, the objectives and legal grounds for personal data processing, the level of protection of personal data during the processing in information systems, the current threats to the safety of Personal Data and measures to prevent them. The sata obtained during the research are a full and sufficient basis for the development of local regulations of the Retail Enterprise with regard to the processing and securing of Personal Data, modeling the threats to the safety of Personal Data and determining the levels of protection of all information systems and the formation of requirements for a Personal Data protection system.
