In this graduation project, the process of increasing the economic efficiency of the activities of the freight forwarding organization PLC "N" is considered; the theoretical basis for this research has been studied; performed an analysis of the company's activities; based on the analysis of the proposed information systems in the information technology market, the organizational structure and management system of the transport and logistics company, recommendations for improving efficiency have been developed and its justification presented. The paper contains 92 pages, 10 figures, 15 tables, 1 annex and a bibliographic list of 57 titles.
