The subject of the research is prediction of threats to information security of automated process control systems and decision-making on minimizing the risks of threat occurrence. The theoretical significance of the research is to create recommendations for improving the perimeter protection of the automated process control system, taking into account the characteristics of the information being processed and the risks associated with managing technological processes. This research work can serve as a methodological recommendation to ensure the state of information security, in relation to the specifics of a typical automated process control system and, in particular, for a typical gasoline station.
