Increase in Effective Management of Personnel of the Company on the Basis of the System of the Balanced Indicators
The thesis is devoted to the point of increasing the effectiveness of information and analytical interaction between the management of the personnel department of the company "TD" Perekrestok " in the collection and processing of data on the turnover of mass personnel. Within the framework of the research, the problem of insufficient awareness of HR-director about the real value of the indicator "Staff turnover" and the reasons for the dismissal of employees of retail stores was revealed. To solve the problem, Balanced scorecard was implemented into Perekrestok company, which made it possible to reveal the deep correlation of staff turnover with other key performance indicators. In the practical part of the work, the target solution architecture of the decision support system amied to reduce the staff turnover was designed, and a data warehouse and a report dashboard for interaction with the end user were developed. Based on the example of the implemented management decision, the effectiveness of the created information and analytical system for supporting decision-making by the executives of Perekrestok was proved.
