The Analysis of IT-Solutions Implementation Impact on Achievement of Company’s business Goals

The work investigates existing methods for assessing the results of IT projects and their impact on achieving the company's business goals. There are three groups of goals: business, IT and project objectives, which form the cascade of goals, in accordance with the recommendations of COBIT 5 and develop a model of the relationship between goals. The constructed link model is estimated using the hierarchy analysis method. Based on the matrices of pairwise comparisons, the degree of impact of the project objectives on achieving the business objectives of the organization in question is calculated.
