Organization of Container Transportations in Logistics Systems

This graduation work examines the features of container transportation, analyzes the current state of the market in this area, examines its problems of effectiveness and development, provides the main terminology, describes the containerization infrastructure, the deviation that is made in the sea mode of transportation, lists the largest companies in this field of business, explains pricing in intermodal transport. The schemes of drafting contracts for international transportation, INCOTERMS, are described, the significance of the development of international transport corridors is disclosed, the existing providers with a wide range of services are described, the index of logistics service and the process of its formation are explained. The schemes of transportation of UAZ Patriot and KamAZ-53212 models from Russia on the territory of three different states, namely, Iran, Egypt and Vietnam are calculated and presented. The comparison was carried out for such indicators as the cost of transportation and the time spent on it. For the study, the network method was used. The project contains 78 pages, 22 figures and 11 tables. The bibliographic list consists of 50 titles.
