Simulation Model of the Consulting Firm with Labor Dynamics

This master's thesis is devoted to the development of an imitation model of the dynamics of the labor resources of a consulting company. In this paper, an analysis of existing studies on this topic is made, a database for storing information is developed, statistical analysis is performed, a mathematical model of data is created with which to accomplish the tasks set, and to consider everything by the example of a specific consulting company.
