Use of Business Intelligence tools to Improve the Analytical Reporting System in a Health Facility

The theme of dissertation is "Use of Business Intelligence tools to Improve the Analytical Reporting System in a Health Facility". The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations for improving the system for preparing analytical reports of the organization using Business Intelligence tools. The object of the research is the Federal Research and Clinical Center for Pediatric Hematology, Oncology and Immunology named after Dmitry Rogachev. The subject of the study is the analytical reporting system. To develop an approach to the solution and implement it, methods of system analysis, methods for modeling and analyzing the enterprise architecture, as well as business analysis methods described in BABOK were used. The result of the work includes the requirements for the solution, the description of the architecture of the future system, the conceptual models of data marts, the description of the process of preparation of analytical reporting to-be, the prototype reports developed in Power BI, the evaluation of economic efficiency.
