Realization of Sports and Cultural Policy in the Context of Territorial Management in Modern Russia

The goal of this work is to shed light on the criteria defining the joint jurisdiction issues management system built by the Russian government. The study mainly focuses on the spheres of sports and culture of the contemporary Russia. The author carries out an analysis of legislative acts and the structure of the management system of selected areas for obtaining comprehensive information on the difference in the system of building the relationship between the center and regions in sports and culture. As a result, the main aspects were identified, according to which the center selects a certain model of behavior with respect to a particular sphere.
