The Russian Think Tanks: Their Activity During Vladimir Putin's Presidential Third Term

In the framework of this diploma paper functioning of Russian think tanks during the third presidential term of V. Putin are considered. In the introduction, the structural elements of the work are considered. The work is divided into two major parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, innovations in society are considered. Then the models of interaction of the expert community are considered. Attention is also paid to the concept of «border structures» as a place for the emergence of innovations. After this, a detailed analysis of the think tanks as an institute of innovations. In the practical part, the development of the think tanks as an institute in post-Soviet Russia is considered, and the period of the third presidential term of V. Putin is considered in detail. On the basis of the analysis, factors that influenced the functioning of think tanks in a given period are revealed. In conclusion, the main ideas of the study are summarized
