Analysis of Investment Activity on the Example of the Company JSC KMAruda

The practical significance of the research results lies in the possibility of using JSC "Kombinat KMAruda" the provisions and recommendations of the final qualifying work in evaluating real and future investment projects. Structure and scope of work. The work includes: introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of literature, including 40 sources. In the introduction, the substantiation of the relevance of the theme of the final qualifying work is stated, the goal is set, the tasks and objects of research are formulated. In the first chapter "Theoretical bases of an estimation of investment activity of the enterprise" are defined: essence of investments, parameters, stages and classification of directions of investment activity are established. In the second chapter "Analysis of the investment activity of JSC" Kombinat KMAruda "the general characteristics of the enterprise are given, the organizational structure of this enterprise is presented. The analysis of technical and economic indicators is presented, as well as an analysis that indicates the investment attractiveness of the enterprise. A retrospective analysis of the content and efficiency of the enterprise's investment activity is given. The third chapter provides a description and justification of the initial information for assessing the investment project being prepared for implementation at the enterprise. The estimation of its commercial solvency is given. The peculiarities of the evaluation of the projects implemented in JSC "Kombinat KMAruda" are singled out, in connection with the peculiarities that exist in the enterprise when evaluating investment activity, methods are proposed that will help determine the degree of risks of investment projects. In conclusion, the most important provisions of the work are summarized, conclusions and recommendations resulting from the results of the study are formulated.
