Contract Holes in Technological Connection of Consumers to Electrical Power Grids

The work is devoted to the problems of contract holes arising in the process of technological connection of consumers to electric networks, leading to opportunistic behavior of the parties in the implementation of contact. The relevance of researche due to the high social significance of the size of electricity tariffs for the population. The contract system in the field of technological connection to electric networks does not take into account all the factors that lead to an increase in the tariff for electric energy, since the participants of the contract relations find gaps in the legislation and wrap imperfections and asymmetry of information in their favor. The work has developed measures aimed at minimizing contract holes that arise during technological connection to electric grids. Evaluation of the expected results from the implementation of the proposed activities allows us to conclude that the proposed measures will lead to a reduction in the drop-out incomes, and, consequently, the growth of the tariff for electricity for the population will decrease.
