The term “Child protection” is used in diverse ways and includes different meanings and sense. This work is about protection of children’s rights and International law as a main “cover” of them (children’s rights). Child protection includes a wide range of important, diverse and urgent issues: violence, abuse and exploitation, labor. The project will illuminate the reasons of infringement of children's rights and how to reduce them and find, realize methods, that could lead to better estimates. The scrutiny of legal acts and actions of countries, intergovernmental organization and global community advance our undertaking of the nature of Legal protection of Children’s Rights.
