E-commerce Business Strategy Development in Russian FMCG-companies

Modern strategies of electronic commerce development in FMCG-companies have been analyzed in this graduation work. The largest FMCG-companies in Russia, which are in process of realization of their e-commerce strategies have been considered as the objects of this research. The strategy roadmap for «Nestle Rossiya» Ltd company that has ben divided into several steps is presented in the work.
