Comparative Analysis of Innovation Management Models in Oil and Gas companies

For today, innovations have become one of the most important factors of competitiveness for Russian and global oil & gas companies. However, industry-leading companies find the different ways and approaches to manage innovation process. The following paper is devoted to the description and analysis on innovation management models in Exxon Mobil, Shell, Rosneft and Gazprom. The paper describes organizational structures and governance, principles of innovation projects management and other elements of innovation management system. The comparison of innovation management systems and a list of the best practices are given in the conclusion of the paper.
