Improvement of State Supremacy (Control) in Shared Construction in Perm Krai

In connection with the rapid development of the construction industry, new activities within this sphere constantly appear. One of the most popular is the method of equity construction. Despite the obvious benefits of its use, according to the data for 2018, only in the city of Perm there are 16 long-term construction and 707 deceived investors. This scientific work is aimed at drawing up new approaches to the state supervision implementation in the field of equity construction of the Perm region. The fulfillment of this goal became possible due to the analysis of scientific works, legal acts and news sources on the research subject. Also, an interview with the Director of the contractor construction company was conducted and a survey of prosecutors was carried out. The results showed that to improve the state supervision it is necessary to toughen fines, to establish the monitoring commissions of the shareholders and to create the information portal containing the latest information about the sphere of equity construction in Perm region. The implementation of these measures will improve the efficiency of state supervision in the field of equity construction.
