Assessment of Bankruptcy Factors of the Company

The work is devoted to assessing the factors of bankruptcy of the metallurgical industry. The relevance of the study is due to economic and political instability in the world, as well as a high share of exports of GDP of metallurgical products. This study will be useful to investors and creditors, as well as to the owners of the enterprise. That is, in order to avoid undesirable bankruptcy and independence from external factors, metallurgical enterprises must be able to competently evaluate the influence of the external environment and adapt their financial activities for the further functioning and development of the company. Thus, in the course of the study, the main external and internal factors were identified that were more likely to affect the likelihood of bankruptcy of the metallurgical industry. And also ways of struggle against undesirable bankruptcy were put forward. The analysis of the factors was carried out using the construction of a logit model. The analysis also revealed the limitations of the study, which must be taken into account for further research in this industry.
