The Development of BPM System for The Management of the Organization Methodology

The work is devoted to the development of the methodology for implementing the process approach based on BPMS solutions. This work consists of 4 chapters. In the first chapter, the main approaches to enterprise management are discussed, the basic concepts in the field of functional and process approach (BPM, BPMS) are described, advantages and disadvantages of these approaches are analyzed, the structure of BPMS is analyzed, and a comparative analysis of software is carried out. The second chapter analyzes the Archimate language as a tool for modeling BPM, describes the tools for implementing the language. The ArchiMate and BPMN notation elements are compared, solutions are developed for their further integration. The third chapter presents a methodology for implementing BPMS, based on BPM modeling using enterprise architecture and the integration of high-level architectural diagrams with executable business processes. The fourth chapter gives a practical example of the implementation of the methodology based on the processes of the online store. The work contains 79 pages of text, 44 illustrations, 6 tables.
