Key words: Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Key performance indicators (KPIs), motivation, out of stock In this paper, the process of improving the efficiency of supply chains is analyzed in detail, by improving the controlling system – the introduction of a system of balanced indicators. The purpose of this work is to identify imperfections in the supply chain management system of the Company, to offer measures to improve its efficiency, to analyze the possible economic effect of the proposed changes. Depending on this goal, we can distinguish the following tasks of this work: 1) To Study the economic activity of the Company and determine its place in the market 2) To analyze the results of the company's operation by considering the main financial and economic indicators 3) To Study the logistics activities of the company, to identify the main problems of its functioning 4) To Study the theoretical research on the subject of the identified problems 5) Develop a methodology to solve the Company's problems 6) Provide a business case for the implementation of the proposed methodology Scope of work: 76 pages, including 22 tables, 14 figures and 7 appendices, list of references – 27
