Problems of Qualification of Crimes Related to Extremist Activity

The theme of the final qualifying work: "Problems of qualification of crimes connected with extremist activity." Author: Sokolov Nikolay Sergeevich, student of the group 14Yu1, Faculty of Law. The work consists of an introduction, the main part - 2 chapters, 5 paragraphs, conclusion and a bibliographic list. The volume of work is 55 pages. Key words: Criminal Code, extremist orientation, extremist motive, qualification of extremist crimes, problems of qualifying extremist crimes. In the introduction, the relevance of the selected topic is revealed, the object, subject, goals, tasks and methods of research are determined. The object of the diploma research is the public relationship that arise in connection with the commission of crimes related to the implementation of extremist activities. The subject of this study is the norms of the Russian criminal law, the established practice of their application, as well as the norms of international law, which, in turn, establish responsibility for extremist crimes related to extremist activities at the national and international levels, respectively. The first chapter sets out general provisions on the status and trends of crime associated with extremist activities. It gives the concept and essence of extremist activity in accordance with international and Russian legislation, and also defines the concept, types and system of extremist crimes. The second chapter gives a criminal-legal characterization of extremist crimes. The problems of fixation and establishment of objective and subjective signs of extremist crimes are analyzed, as well as the problems of delimitation of extremist crimes from adjacent structures. At the end of the work the conclusions and proposals on the problems that were identified during this study are formulated.
