Development of the Company`s Financial Strategy on the Example of "Атлант-КТ" LLC

Within the framework of this work, theoretical features of development of the financial structure of the company, its nature and methods of its development were studied. Apart from that, we got acquainted with existing organizational and financial structures of “Атлант-КТ” LLC. By means of analysis of accounting statement and report about financial results several vital problems were identified. More than that, recommendations on fixing these problems were done and number of measures for company’s further successful growth were proposed.
