Implementation and Modification of kNN Algorithm for Subgroup Discovery under Treatment Effect

The goal of the final qualification work is the implementation and adaptation of the kNN algorithm in order to identify homogeneous subgroups in terms of the effect from external impact. The object of the study is the method of identifying homogeneous subgroups on the basis of external influence. The subject of the study is the kNN method, which will be implemented and adapted for the designated goal The first chapter is devoted to a theoretical review of the problem and the methods for solving it which are described in external sources. The second chapter provides a brief description of the essence of the kNN method, its varieties and specifics, as applied to the solution of the stated goal of the work. The third chapter presents the implementation of the kNN algorithm and its modification for solving the problem of determining homogeneous subgroups by external action. This final paper contains 3 chapters and 46 pages.
