Administrative Liability for Violation of Advertising Legislation

In the graduation paper, the author analyzes administrative responsibility in the field of advertising. The topicality of this paper is justified by a large number of violations. The work covers the legal regulation of this issue, types of offenses. The objective of this work is to consider the mechanism of bringing subjects of advertising activities to the administrative responsibility, to reveal the role of state bodies, in particular the Federal Antimonopoly Service. The aim of the researcher is to identify problem aspects of the administrative procedure and to propose ways of solving them.
