Mokino Burial and Settlement Ceramic Pottery Сhronology

In this thesis, the analysis of ceramics is carried out in order to determine the chronology of the change of ceramic tradition in the Mokino burial and settlement. That research was also done in order to solve the problem of the chronology of archaeological cultures of the 1st millennium AD in the territory of the Kama region. This monument is valuable because it has well stratified objects (grooves), which greatly facilitate the dating of ceramics. The research highlights the main approaches and methods of working with ceramic dishes. General historiography of the study of ceramics of the 1st millennium AD in the Kama region is provided. The analysis of ceramic vessels from the Mokino burial and settlement is carried out using statistical methods and hierarchical cluster analysis.
