Integrated Planning Implementation in a Retail Company Distribution Network

Actually it has become obvious that not companies compete, but their supply chains. That is why it is extremely important to constantly analyze the effectiveness of existing supply chains and find ways to optimize them. In this paper one of the most effective methods of supply chain optimization, the introduction of integrated planning, on the example of the leader of Russian food retail, X5 Retail Group, will be considered. The introduction of cross-cutting planning requires the restructuring of most logistics processes, which is also described in the paper. The information about the steps, stages and results of implementing integrated planning will be presented.
