Research is devoted to the study of problems arising in the projects of implementation of corporate information systems, the purpose of which is the replacement or modernization of operated IS. The analysis of problems is aimed at studying the stage of migration of data from the operating information systems to the implemented IS. The goal of research is to develop a generalized methodology for data migration that would solve the problems identified during the analysis, as well as take into account the individual features of data migration projects from the decentralized information systems deployed at the regional level to the centralized federal system. The proposed method can be applied in other projects on data migration as a tool for planning, organizing work, developing requirements and evaluating the results of data migration.
